Privacy Policy – OSEAC Metro Campus
1. General Policy
All payments made to OSEAC Metro Campus are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes registration fees, tuition fees, examination fees, and any other payments made to the campus. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded — even if a student decides to withdraw, defer, or discontinue studies for personal, medical, visa, or employment reasons. This policy follows standard practice among private educational institutions in Sri Lanka and is permitted under Sri Lankan law, as long as it is clearly communicated before payment.
2. Course or Campus Cancellation
If OSEAC Metro Campus cancels a course or is unable to deliver a program that has already been paid for, the campus may offer one of the following options: a refund of the relevant course fee, or a transfer of the payment to another course or intake offered by the campus. Such decisions will be made by the campus management and will be final.
3. Duplicate or Mistaken Payments
If a duplicate or incorrect payment has been made, students must contact the Accounts Department within seven (7) working days and provide proof of payment. Verified overpayments will be refunded or adjusted against future fees.
4. Third-Party or Partner Fees
Some programs may include fees payable to external partners or awarding bodies. These fees are subject to their own rules and are usually non-refundable. If those partners do not allow a refund, OSEAC Metro Campus will not be able to refund those amounts.
5. Deferral or Transfer
If a student chooses to defer or transfer to another intake, any previously paid fees may be carried forward as a study credit, subject to approval by the campus. No cash refund will be issued in such cases.
6. Acceptance of the Policy
By enrolling at OSEAC Metro Campus and making any payment, students confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
